I have a 15-year-old cat who constantly threw up with what the vet called projectile vomiting. Finally, he told me to give him 1/4 of the Cerenia pill every day and it worked like a charm. When I quit giving him the pill, the vomiting resumed. Now, after several months, I give him 1/4 pill every other day and it still works. Previous posts were right about not giving fish to a cat with this problem. Salmon especially with its oil seems to cause problems.

I have a 14 year old Italian Greyhound who suffered from chronic vomiting. This drug saved his life!

I give this to my 14+ year old terrier who had begun to lose weight because of daily vomiting after eating. He has gained back the weight, and is doing really well.

This pill has worked wonders for our cat that was recently diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease. He is on a steroid which unfortunately does not stop the vomiting. Since incorporating this pill, the vomiting has almost ceased. We give him 1/2 a pill every 4 days. Excellent customer service from the website!

I give 1/4 pill daily to my 14-year-old cat, per vet's instructions. He used to throw up every day. Since taking the pill for the last 2 months, he's only thrown up twice and once was because I gave him some salmon the night before -- at least, I think that was the reason. Vet warned me that I shouldn't give him fish.
