Antioxidant Supplements for Pets

Antiox-Ultra 5000 provides animals with important vitamins and antioxidants to promote liver and immune system health, to combat aging, and to improve overall health and energy. The tablets are not associated with adverse effects and are beneficial long-term to protect against free radicals.

Use this medication only as directed by your veterinarian.

Do not administer this supplement to nursing puppies or kittens.

Directions:

1. Give 1/2 tablet twice daily to puppies, dogs, and cats weighing under 20 lbs.
2. Give 1 tablet twice daily to adult dogs weighing 21-50 lbs.
3. Give 2 tablets twice daily to adult dogs weighing over 51 lbs.

Frequency of Use:

Use for as long as recommended by your veterinarian.

Storage:

Store Antiox-Ultra 5000 between 59 and 88 degrees F, away from moisture and out of reach of children. Avoid overstacking.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Active Ingredients (per 2 chewable tablets): Beta Carotene 5,000 IU, Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate) 200 IU, Vitamin C (Magnesium Ascorbate) 250 mg, Grape Seed Extract (Proanthocyanidins) 100 mg, Zinc Ascorbate 5 mg, Alpha Lipoic Acid 25 mg, N-Acetyl L-Cysteine 50 mg, Mixed Carotenoids 50 mg, Green Tea Extract (Tea Polyphenols) 25 mg, Selenium Chelate 25 mcg

Inactive Ingredients: Calcium Silicate, Dried Beef Liver Digest, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid

Keep this product out of reach of children and animals. Do not use or store in or near open flame or heat.

Antiox-Ultra 5000 is intended for use in dogs and cats only. Not for use in other animals. Do not give to humans.

CAUTION: It is unknown if Antiox-Ultra 5000 is safe for use in pregnant or breeding animals.

If your animal's condition worsens or fails to improve during treatment with this product, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.

Tell your veterinarian about any other supplements or medications your animal is taking before beginning therapy with Antiox-Ultra 5000.

Although this product is not associated with adverse reactions, individual sensitivities are possible. Report side effects to your veterinarian.

Do not use this medication in animals with a known allergy to it or to similar medications.
