Allopurinol 300 mg, 100 Tablets is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor that is used to prevent uric acid bladder stones and kidney stones from developing in dogs and cats. Although Allopurinol does not cure the underlying causes behind bladder stones, many veterinarians prescribe it for rapid, short-term treatments.
