Allerpet C is for people who are allergic to cats. Cleanses the cat's hair of dander and other antigens considered to be the prime causes of allergic reactions people have to cats.
Allerpet C and Allerpet
D are non-toxic, grooming emollients that cleanse the
animal's hair of the antigens considered to be the prime cause of people's
allergic
reactions to cats and dogs. Both of these products are designed for
people who are allergic to cats or dogs.
Directions
Before using Allerpet,
comb your pet thoroughly with a fine-tooth comb to remove as much dead hair as
possible. Moisten a sponge or washcloth with Allerpet and
"drywash" your pet by rubbing the fur both with and against the lay of
the hair, making certain that you dampen it to the skin. Do not saturate
the hair. Pay particular attention to the areas of the body that your pet licks more often. Dry with a towel. Repeat this procedure once a
week. Allerpet also conditions the hair and moistures the skin. It
is non-oily and will not leave a residue. The 12 oz bottle will last
approximately 3 months for cats.

I am very allergic to cats, but my kids wanted a kitten in the worst way after they saw a new litter at my in-laws. I read about this product and thought maybe there was a way for me to coincide with a kitten. Product works great. It is recommended to be used once a week, but I use it every three days to keep the dander away.
